Rental Calculator

We are challenging our associates, friends, colleagues and peers to find buildings that they can purchase and commit to being housing that is affordable for the area's workforce.

This is a simple calculator to assist you with determining the maximum you can afford for rent based on your monthly income. Spending more than 30% of your monthly income on housing indicates that you/your family are housing burdened. To be able to meet other obligations, and save for a house purchase, you should try to spend no more than 30% of your monthly income on rent.
